About Perceptelio CycleCare
Perceptelio CycleCare started with a simple pattern we noticed in workshops: most riders don’t need hype—they need a calm voice, safe steps, and time to practice. We built our courses to feel like a supportive studio session where your curiosity leads, not the clock.
Our mission
We help riders maintain and repair their bicycles safely, affordably, and confidently through structured, gentle education. We avoid gatekeeping and jargon, and we prioritize safety and repeatable outcomes over speed.
- Clarity first: plain language, visual mnemonics, and checklists.
- Practice-led: guided reps with pauses for reflection.
- Care-centered: gentle tone and respectful pacing for all learners.
Our story
Our founder taught weekend repair clinics at a neighborhood co-op and noticed a transformation when the atmosphere softened: fewer anxious questions, more confident smiles. That’s the seed of Perceptelio CycleCare—perception meets gentleness, and knowledge becomes a shared ritual rather than a test.
We collaborate with independent shops to keep curriculum current across road, mountain, commuting, cargo, and e-bikes. Every lesson is reviewed against a safety checklist and includes a “confidence close” step to reinforce what you’ve learned.
